Welcome to DailyPin (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DailyPin mobile application (“App” or “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

DailyPin is a productivity app that helps you:

• Create and manage your daily “Big Three” task lists (up to 5 tasks)
• Generate custom wallpapers featuring your tasks
• Track completion streaks and progress insights
• Receive daily reminders and motivational notifications
• Access curated wallpaper collections (Mind, Heart, Body themes)

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with the App
• Upload or use content that infringes on others’ rights or is offensive/harmful
• Interfere with the App’s operation or attempt to bypass restrictions
• Use automated systems to access or interact with the App

3. User Content

• Your Tasks & Content: You retain ownership of tasks, notes, and personal entries you create.
